I ALICE BAYLEY of ye Parish of Streatley in ye County of Berks Widow being somewhat indisposed in Body but of perfect Memory and understanding doe make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form as followeth

Imprimis I Give and Bequeath to my Eldest son WILLIAM one shilling

Item I Give to my son JOSEPH twentie shillings

It. I give to my son HENRY twentie shillings

It. I give to WILLIAM DUDMARSH my son in Law twentie shillings And to ALICE his wife all my wearing Cloathes and to MARY his Daughter ye bell-mottle Killet

It. I Give to my Son BENJAMIN twentie pounds to be paid him by my Executor hereafter named at ye full end of two years after my decease

It. I give to ye aforesaid BENJAMIN ye Bed he now lays upon with ye bedstead and all other things thereunto belonging But in case ye said BENJAMIN die before ye full term of two years after my decease then his Legacie of twentie pounds shall be equally divided amongst my three natural sons before mentioned or as many of them as shall be then alive

And all ye rest of my Good and Chattels whatsoever (my Debts Legacies and funeral expenses being first discharged) I give and bequeath to my son JOHN whom I make ordaine and cosntitute the sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament  In witness whereof I now set my hand and seal this 22nd day of January in ye year of our Lord 1707 – ALICE BAYLY her mark
