In the Name of God Amen The thirty First Day of May And in the year of our Lord on Thousand Eight Hundred According to the Computation of the Church of England I THOMAS HIRONS of Chittwood Daryman In the County of Buckingham Being of Perfect memory and Remembrance Praised be God Do make and ordain this my Last will and Testament In manner and form Following Viz

First I Bequeath my Soul into the Hands of Almighty God my Maker and redeemer hoping that through the meritorious Death and Passion of Jesus Christ my Only Saviour and Redeemer to Receive Free Pardon and Forgiveness for all my sins; and as For my Body to be Buried in Christian Burial at the Discretion of my Executrix hereinafter Nominated

Item First I Give my Son JOHN the Sum of one Shilling to Be paid to him one year after my Dissease

Item I Give to my Son THOMAS HIRONS the Sum of Fifty Pounds to Be paid to him the like manner that his one year after my Disseas

Item I Give to my Son CHARLES HIRONS the Sum of Fifty Pound to Be paid to him In the like manner that his one year after my Dissease

Item I Give to my Daughter ALLICE HIRONS the Sum of Fifty Pounds to Be paid to Her In the like manner that his one year after my Dissease

Item I Give to my Son WILLIAM HIRONS the sum of one Shilling and to Be paid to In the like manner that his one year after my Dissease

Item and all the Rest of my Goods Cattle and all my Effects to my Dear and well Beloved Wife ALLICE HIRONS For the Term of Her Life and for her to have it in Her own Power to Bequeath it to whom she thinks proper of Distributing it to on Condition that she shall Pay all my Debts and Legacies and make Her My Sole Heir and Executrix of this my Last will and Testament Revoking all other Wills and Testaments

Proved the 14 th day of July 1801 before the reverend William Eyce Clerk Surrogate by the oath of ALICE HIRONS Widow the relict and sole Executrix to whom Admon was committed she being first sworn duly to administer
