This is the last Will and Testament of me ELIZABETH BARNES of 11 Selbourne Street Loughborough in the County of Leicester Widow

I give devise and bequeath all and every the real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever to which at my death I shall be beneficially entitled or over which I may have any disposing power unto my son in law JOHN THOMAS BALL of Barrow on Soar in the County of Leicester Builder and my Grandson WILFRED JOHN BALL of Borrow on Soar aforesaid To Hold to them their executors or administrators (hereinafter called my Trustees) Upon Trust to take an Inventory and Valuation thereof as soon as conveniently may be after my decease and in the first place to stand possessed of my messuage Number 11 Selbourne Street Loughborough in which I now reside Upon Trust to sell the same either by Public Auction or by Private Contract (with power for my Trustees to postpone such sale for so long as they shall in their absolute discretion deem advisable) and to invest the net proceeds of sale in manner prescribed by law and to pay the income dividends and profits thereof to my sister ALICE WEBB for and during the term of her natural life and from and after her decease to divide the same both capital and income between such of them my three grandchild the said WILFRED JOHN BALL and ALFRED WILLIAM BALL and VERA ELIZABETH PELL (children of my late daughter ANN BALL) as shall be living at my decease and the issue of any of them that may be then dead leaving issue such issue taking only nevertheless between them the share which his her or their deceased parent would have done if living and if more than one in equal proportions and subject thereto to sell call in and convert into money the residue of my Estate both real and personal and after payment thereout of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses to divide the net proceeds thereof between such of them the said WILFRED JOHN BALL, ALFRED WILLIAM BALL and VERA ELIZABETH PELL as shall be living at my decease and the issue of any of them that may be then dead leaving issue such issue taking only between them the share which his her or their deceased parent would have done if living and if more than one in equal proportions and lastly I appoint my said Son in law JOHN THOMAS BALL and my Grandson WILFRED JOHN BALL Executors of this my Will and hereby revoke all Wills by me heretofore made
