This is the last Will and Testament of JOSEPH HIRONS residing at No. 15 The Grove Ealing in the County of Middlesex and carrying on business at No. 12 High Street Ealing in the said County of Middlesex Oil and Colorman

I give and bequeath to my Son EDWARD EDMONDS HIRONS of No. 12a Little Ealing Lane in the said County of Middlesex now managing my shop at 12 The Green High Street Ealing aforesaid all the stock of goods fittings fixtures utensils and everything appertaining to the said business for his own use and benefit and also fifty pounds (£50) of the current account at the London and Westminster Bank Ealing

The said EDWARD EDMONDS HIRONS to pay all debts owing for goods or anything belonging to the said business also to pay the rent rates owing for the said premises and to accept and discharge all liabilities concerning the tenancy upkeep repairs and any and every other expense connected therewith

The remainder of my property stocks shares saving certificates cash and property of any and every kind whatsoever that I may die possessed of or become entitled to cash on deposit and the balance of the current account (if any) to be realised and divided equally between my seven children share and share alike namely:

FLORENCE ISABELLA HOUSE, Hersham Road, Walton-on-Thames, married woman

MAGDALENE HOUSE, 6 Ivy Villas, Oakleigh Road, Whetstone, Herts, married woman

IVY PAINTER, 5 Hartington Terrace, Regents Park, London, married woman

ALICE DUNCOMBE, 5 Lammas Park Road, Ealing, married woman

THOMAS GEORGE HIRONS, Second Avenue, Whangarei, North Auckland, New Zealand

WILLIAM FREDERICK HIRONS, 5 Convent Gardens, South Ealing

The furniture of the Home also to be equally divided by agreement if possible but if not then the Executors are empowered to sell in the best way and at the best price they can and the proceeds divided in the same way between my seven children in equal parts

And I appoint my son EDWARD EDMONDS HIRONS of 12a Little Ealing Lane in the County of Middlesex aforesaid and my son in law WILLIAM HENRY HOUSE of 6 Ivy Villas Oakleigh Whetstone in the County of Hertfordshire to be the sole Executors of this my Will
