In the Name of God Amen
I RICHARD HIRONS of Wardington in the County of Oxon Yeoman being weak of Body but of sound and perfect mind memory and understanding thanks be unto Allmighty God for the same do make and ordaine this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following (That is to say) First and principally I commend my Soule into the hands of Allmighty God and my Body I commit to the Earth top be decently buried at the Discretion of my Executor herein after named And as to that Wordly Estate which is hath pleased Allmighty God to bestow upon me I Give and dispose thereof as followeth (That is to say) First I will that my debts and [funeral expenses be] paid and discharged 

Imprimis I Give devise and bequeath unto my Son in Law RICHARD HUMPHRIS of [Williamscott] in the County Aforesaid Yeoman All That my One Yard Land and half lyeing and being [           ] in the open and Common Fields of Wardenton Willscott and Coaton To hold to him the said RICHARD HUMPHRIS his heirs and Assignes for ever upon the condition of the payment of the Annuale Sm of Six pounds of good and Lawfull Money of Great Brittain unto my Loving Wife PHILLIPPA HIRONS during the terms of her Naturall Life This first amount to begin at the First Quarter day After my decease 

Also I Give and bequeath unto my Grandaughter MARY HUMPHRIS the Sume of One Hundred pounds of good and Lawfull money of Great Brittain to be paid by my Executor hereinafter named [            ] she shall attain the Age of Sixteen Years 

Also I Give and bequeath All my house [             ] unto my loving Wife PHILLIPPA HYRONS for and during the Term of her Natural life 

All the rest residue and remainder of my Estate [             ] and [            ] I Give and bequeath unto my Said Son in Law RICHARD HUMPHRIS And [           ] Constitute nominate and Appoint my Said Son in Law RICHARD HUMPRIS Sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament Revoking All other Wills heretofore by me formerly made 

In Witness where of I the said RICHARD HIRONS have to this my Last Will and Testament sett my hand and seale this Fifth day of February in the Third Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Brittaine France and Ireland King and Defender of the Faith 1729
