In the Name of God Amen
I WILLIAM HIORNS of Wardenton in the County of Oxon yeoman being infirm of Body but of sound and perfect mind memory and understanding Thanks be to God for the Same

I Do make and ordaine this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following (That is to Say) First and principally I commend my Soul into the Hands of Almighty God who gave it and my Body to the Earth to be Decently Buryed at the Care of my Executor hereinafter Named and as for that Worldly Estate as it hath Pleased Almighty God to Bless me with I give and Dispose thereof as followeth

Imprimis I Give Devise and Bequeath unto my Loving Brother RICHARD HIORNS of Wardenton Aforesaid Yeoman All That my One Yard Land of Arable Meadow pasture Ground Lying and being in the Open and Common Fields of Wardenton Aforesaid to him the said RICHARD HIORNS his Heirs and Assigns forever

Item I given and Bequeath unto my Sister in Law PHILLIPPA HIORNS wife of my Said Brother RICHARD HIORNS the sum of five pounds of good and Lawful Money of Great Britain

Item I give and Bequeath unto my Sister in Law ELIZABETH HIORNS Widow and Relict of my Brother JOHN HIORNS late of Wardenton Aforesaid Yeoman Deceased the Sum of Five pounds of Like Lawfull money

Item I give and bequeath unto my Kindsman JOHN HIORNS of Wardenton Aforesaid Yeoman the Sum of Five pounds of like Lawfull money

Item I give and bequeath unto my Kindsman WILLIAM HIORNS of Banbury in the County Aforesaid Grocer the sum of Twenty pounds of like lawfull money

Item I Give and Bequeath unto my Kindsman RICHARD HIORNS of Woodstock in the County Aforesaid the sum of [Twenty] pounds of like Lawful money

Item I give and bequeath unto my Kindswoman ELIZABETH CLARIDGE Wife of HENRY CLARIDGE of Banbury Aforesaid Farmer the Sum of Twenty pounds of Like Lawful money

Item I giveand bequeath unto my Kindswoman MARY HIORNS Daughter of my Brother JOHN HIORNS of Wardenton Aforesaid Yeoman the Sum of Twenty pounds of like Lawfull money

Item I give and Bequeath unto my Kindswoman MARTHA GIBBARD Wife of JOHN GIBBARD of Banbury Aforesaid Baker the Sum of Twenty pounds of Like Lawfull money

Item I give and bequeath unto my Kindswoman MARY HUMPHRIES Wife of RICHARD HUMPHRIES of Wilscott in the County Aforesaid Yeoman the Sum of Five pounds of like Lawful money

All which severall above mentioned Legacyes are to be paid unto the severall Legatees as Above mentioned within Twelve months next after my Decease All the Rest and Residue of my Moneys House Hold goods and Implements of Household Chattells [ ] for money and personall Estate whatsoever and wheresoever my Debts being first paid and funerall expenses Discharged I do hereby give and bequeath unto my said Loving Brother RICHARD HIORNS his Executors and Assignes and I do hereby Constitute Nominate and Appoint my said Brother RICHARD HIORNS Sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament Revoking all other Wills heretofore by me formerly made

In Witness Whereof I have here unto sett my hand and seale this Sixth Day of March in the Second Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God now King of Great Britain Anno Domini 1728
