This is the Last Will and Testament of me ANNE HOUSE of Wokingham in the County of Berks Esquire

I desire all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses to be fully paid by my executor hereinafter named as soon as conveniently can be after my decease

I give to my nephew ROBERT SPALDING HOUSE the legacy or sum of one hundred pounds I give to my neice ELIZA ANN HOUSE the legacy or sum of one hundred pounds and I give to my cousin CHARLES HOUSE the legacy or sum of fifty pounds

And as to all the rest and residue of my estate and property whatsoever and wheresoever over which I have any disposing power at the time of my decease I give and bequeath the same unto my said cousin CHARLES HOUSE absolutely

I also devise unto the said CHARLES HOUSE all estates vested in me upon trust or by way of mortgage subject to the trusts and equities affecting the same respectively And I appoint the said CHARLES HOUSE of East Park Farm Twyford Berks Farmer sole Executor of this my Will hereby revoking all other testamentary writings

In witness whereof I the said ANNE HOUSE the testatrix have to this my last Will and testament hereunto set my hand this sixth day of December one thousand eight hundred and seventy two – ANNE HOUSE

Signed by the said ANNE HOUSE the testatrix as and for her last Will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses – CHAS. On the 12th November 1887 Admon (with this Will annexed) of the Effects of the testator was granted to ELIZA ANN HOUSE Spinster the lawful niece and one of the next of kin)
