This is the last will and testament of me ADELAIDE HOUSE of 14 Park Grove in the City of Cardiff Spinster

1.  I appoint FANNY ROBINSON (Spinster) Superintendent of the Queen’s Nurses Institute at the above address to be sole Executrix of this my Will

2.  I bequeath the sum of Twenty pounds (free of legacy duty) to Sister EVELYN MARY* of Saint Margarets Convent East Grinstead

3.  I give my antique sugar basin to my God-daughter MARGARET LOVELESS BRITTON of Rodway Hill Mangotsfield Near Bristol and I give my three antique copper jugs to MURIEL ROSSER of 275 Albany Road Cardiff

4.  I give all my property not otherwise disposed of by this my Will (subject to and after payment of my funeral and testamentary expenses) to the before named FANNY ROBINSON absolutely
