I HANNAH HOUSE of the Parish of Streatly in the County of Berks Spinster being of Sound and Perfect Mind and Memory thanks be to Almighty God and calling to Remembrance the uncertain Estate of this Transitory Life and that all flesh must yield unto Death when it shall please God to call do therefore make and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following first I commend my Soul to almighty God who gave it and my Body I commit to the Earth to be decently buryed at the Discretion of my Executor hereinafter named and for the Settling of my Temporal Estate and such Goods and Chattels as it hath Pleased God to bestow upon me I do order give and dispose of the same in manner and form following that is to say I Will that all my Debts and funeral Charges be paid and discharged by my said Executor  Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my loving Brother ROBERT HOUSE the Sum of Ten pounds  Item I give unto my Brother JOHN HOUSE the Sum of Ten pounds  Item I give unto my Brother HENRY HOUSE the Sum of five Pounds  Item I give and bequeath unto my Nephew EDWARD HENDERSON the sum of five pounds together with one Brown Bed and furniture thereunto belonging  Item I give unto my Niece FRANCES HENDERSON the sum of forty Pounds one Silver Cup and Six Six Tea spoons one Blow Bed two worked Stools and the Walnut Tree Chest of Drawers  Item I give unto my Niece HANNAH HENDERSON the sum of forty Pounds and the furniture of my Room also to the said Hannah one Silver [Porrenger] and two Silver Spoons together with one Brown Chest  Item my Linnen I give and bequeath to the persons for whom it is marked and Parcelled out  Item my wearing apparrell and all the Remaining part of my Househild Goods except what is before by me bequeathed I give and bequeath unto my two abovementioned Kinswomen FRANCES and HANNAH HENDERSON to be equally divided between them  And Lastly I do constitute and appoint my Brother ROBERT HOUSE to be full and whole Executor of this my last Will and Testament  In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this 12^th day of July 1740 – HANNAH HOUSE
