I BERNARD PARFETT of Pamber in the County of Southton being sick and weak in body but of good memory and understanding do make and ordaine this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following  Imprimis I recommend my immortal Spirit into the hands of Almighty God my Creator hopeing through his mercyes the merits of our Lord Jesus Christ and the Sanctifications of the holy Ghost to obtain the pardon of all my sins and an eternal inheritance amongst them that are saved unto eternal life  Item I give and bequeath unto my Grandson BERNARD PARFETT five hundred pounds  Item I give and bequeath unto my Grandson JOHN PARFETT one hundred and fifty pounds  Item I give and bequeath unto my Granddaughter MARY PARFETT one hundred and fifty pounds  Item I give and bequeath unto my three Granddaughters SUSAN WHEATE  ANN WHEATE and MARY WHEATE fifty pounds apiece which Several Sumes of money amounting in the whole to nine hundred and fifty pounds I order shall be paid unto the said Several Legatees at their respective ages of Three and Twenty yeares by the Executrix of this my Will which that she may be enabled to do I have this day surrendered my Customary Tenent with the Appurtenances in the Mannor of Stratfield Mortimer in the Countys of Southton and Berks into the hands of the Lord and Lady of the said Mannor for her use and that she may be further enabled to doe the same I do hereby give devise and bequeath unto my Daughter ANN WHEATE Widow with whom I now dwell all my Freehold Lands Tenements and Hereditaments situate in Stratfield Mortimer aforesaid now in the occupation of ROBERT BLANCH To have and to hold the same Freehold Lands and premises unto my said Daughter ANN WHEATE her Heirs and Assigns for ever and to prevent all trouble that may attend the non payment of the before mentioned Legacyes I have caused a Bond to be given unto me of two Thousand pounds penalty by and from my Daughter dated herewith and intended to be Sealed and executed immediately after the Sealing and execution hereof conditioned for the payment of the before mentioned Legacyes at the time they shall grow due [           ] All the rest and residue of my estate I give and bequeath unto my said Daughter ANN WHEATE and the better to intitle her to the same I do hereby constitute ordain and appoint my said Daughter ANN WHEATE the Sole Executrix of this my Will
