This is the last Will and Testament of me CHARLOTTE MARY RIVERS of 31 Arundel Gardens Notting Hill in the County of Middlesex  I give to my Nephew CHARLES EDMOND RIVERS during his life the income arising from all shares stock debentures or debenture stock in the Buenos Ayres Great Southern Railway Company Limited standing in my name at the time of my decease and subject thereto I give and bequeath the said shares stock debentures or debenture stock to my Nieces LUCY MARY RIVERS and AMELIA RIVERS absolutely in equal shares and I direct that the said shares stock debentures or debenture stock shall be kept in the joint names of the said CHARLES EDMOND RIVERS  LUCY MARY RIVERS and AMELIA RIVERS and all the residue of my real and personal estate not disposed of by my Will I give to and to the use of my three Nieces FRANCES ANNIE RIVERS and the said LUCY MARY RIVERS and AMELIA RIVERS in equal shares as tenants in common and I appoint the said FRANCES ANNIE RIVERS sole Executrix of this my Will   In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this second day of March eight hundred and eighty nine – CHARLOTTE MARY RIVERS – Signed by the said CHARLOTTE MARY RIVERS as her last Will in the joint presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto set out names as Witnesses – ERNEST M POLLOCK – R S ELLIOTT

 On the 1^st day of December 1893 Probate of this Will executed on the 2^nd day of March 1889 was granted to FRANCES ANNIE RIVERS Spinster the sole Executrix
