This is the last Will and Testament of me CHARLES PACKER of Finchely House Saint Johns Wood in the County of Middlesex and of No. 20 Oxford Street in the said County of Middlesex Pianoforte Manufacturer I give devise and bequeath all my Real and Personal Estate wheresoever situate and of whatsoever nature kind or quality unto my Wife AMELIA PACKER absolutely but as to estates vested in me upon trust or by way of Mortgage subject to the equities affecting the same respectively And I appoint my said wife AMELIA PACKER sole Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking all other Wills In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this seventeenth day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifty – CHARLES PACKER – Signed by the said Testator as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses – N J [WHITCOMBE] Solr Hanover Chambers 12 Buckingham Street Strand – FREDK DAVIES his Clerk

Proved at London the 19th August 1854 before the worshipful James Parker Deane Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the Oath of AMELIA PACKER Widow the Relict the sole Executrix to whom Admon was granted having been first sworn duly to administer
