This is the last Will and Testament of me FREDERICK ROBERT SANDY of Bell Street Henley on Thames in the County of Oxford Butcher

I give and bequeath all my glass plate linen china and all other my Effects unto my Wife HANNAH absolutely  And I give and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my personal Estate money and effects whatsoever of which I shall be possessed of or entitled to at my death unto HENRY SHARP of Frog Mill Farm Hurley in the County of Berks and THOMAS NATHANIEL WATT of Bell Street Henley aforesaid Tailor and Draper their executors administrators and assigns upon trust that they the said HENRY SHARP and THOMAS NATHANIEL WATT and the survivor of them and the executors or administrators of such survivor their or his assigns shall as soon as conveniently may be after my decease call in sell and convert into money such part of my personal Estate as shall not consist of money

And I declare that the said HENRY SHARP and THOMAS NATHANIEL WATT and the survivor of them and the executors or administrators of such survivor their or his assigns (hereinafter called the Trustees or Trustee) do and shall out of the moneys to arise from the calling in sale and conversion into money of such part of my said personal Estate as shall not consist of money and the money of which I shall be possessed at my death pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts and the legacies bequeathed by this my Will or any Codicil hereto and shall invest the residue of the said moneys in the names or name of my said Trustees or Trustee in any of the public Stocks or funds of Great Britain or upon Government or real Securities in England and Wales and may vary the said Stocks funds shares and securities at their or his discretion and shall pay the annual income of the said trust funds to my said Wife for and during the term of her natural life and after the decease of my said Wife the said Trustees or Trustee shall stand possessed of the said trust moneys upon the trusts following that is to say as to for and concerning one fifth part or share of and in the said stocks funds shares and securities to pay such one fifth part or share to GEORGE HEWETT of Stanford End Swallowfield Berks Farmer for his own absolute use

And as to for and concerning one other fifth part or share of and in the same trust funds upon trust to pay such one fifth part unto FRANCES AMELIA wife of the said HENRY SHARP to and for her own use absolutely

And as to for and concerning one other fifth part or share of and in the said trust funds upon trust to pay the annual income of such one fifth part of my said trust funds unto EMMA wife of CHARLES WYATT of Grays Mill Henley aforesaid until the children or child of the said EMMA WYATT shall attain the respective ages of twenty one years or if no such child or children shall live to attain such age or ages of twenty one years then the same one fifth part of my said trust funds shall be paid to the said EMMA WYATT for her own use absolutely  But immediately on such child or children attaining such age or ages of twenty one years such one fifth part or share of the said trust funds as well the principal as the income thereof shall be paid equally between and amongst such children when as they respectively shall attain the ages of twenty one years and if there shall be but one such child the whole of such one fifth part or share of my said trust funds shall be paid to such one child absolutely

And as to for and concerning one other fifth part or share of and in my said trust funds upon trust to pay the same to MARY the wife of the said THOMAS NATHANIEL WATT for her own use absolutely

And as to the remaining one fifth part or share of the said trust funds upon trust to pay the annual income of the same one fifth part to Mrs CAROLINE HOUSE widow of the late JOHN HENRY HOUSE of Hambleden Mills Bucks until her children or child shall attain their respective ages of twenty one years or if no such child or children shall live to attain such age of twenty one years then the same one fifth part or share of my said trust Estate shall be paid to the said CAROLINE HOUSE for her own use absolutely  But immediately on such child or children attaining such age or ages of twenty one years such one fifth part or share of my said trust Estate as well the principal as the income thereof shall be paid equally between and amongst such children when and as they respectively shall attain such ages of twenty one years and if there shall be but one such child the whole of such one fifth part or share of my said trust funds shall be paid to such one child absolutely

And if either of the said parties shall die in my lifetime then I direct that the share of him or her so dying shall go and be divided amongst the survivors of them but the shares of the said EMMA WYATT and CAROLINE HOUSE shall go and be respectively divided between their respective children at such times and in manner and in such shares and proportions aforesaid

And I appoint the said HENRY SHARP and THOMAS NATHANIEL WATT Executors of this my Will
